Father and son team, Steve and Chris Held, approached us to help build their vision of an honest, online resource for all things NYC real estate. With over 20 years of experience, they wanted to share their vast knowledge of New York architecture, culture, and the housing market, hoping to shed the smoke and mirrors reputation that overshadows the real estate industry.

In partnership with Kirsten Quisenberry, we built their brand strategy and visual design from the ground up — from company name, to logo design, to editorial strategy. Through our research and concept development, we crafted a brand identity representing inclusiveness and community driven by high-quality services and honest content.
